One Person Can Change a Life

Stathis Sahinis — Business & Communication Strategist, Founder / Lead Curator KYKLOS365

I believe that our lives are shaped by people.A friend who sees something in us that we cannot yet see ourselves. Someone who challenges us to grow. Someone who, often without realizing it, changes the course of our lives forever. In this keynote, I will not talk about success.
I will talk about the people who shaped me, the moments when I had to begin again, and how those experiences ultimately led me to create KYKLOS365.
I will share what I have come to believe: that knowledge only fulfills its purpose when it is shared, that personal growth begins when we have the courage to listen and evolve, and that one person truly can change another person's life.
This is not simply the story of KYKLOS365.It is my story. And perhaps, through it, you will discover part of your own.
Because every meaningful change begins with one person.

The Courage to Create Yourself

Rena Kalogianni — Business Consultant & Leadership Coach

In a world that constantly demands adaptation, the greatest act of creation is not building a business, launching a product or developing a new idea. It is continuously creating yourself.

New challenges, failures, transitions, technologies and opportunities push us to question old identities and discover new ones. Most people are not held back by lack of talent or opportunity — they are held back by the fear of change. This keynote invites participants to see change not as something to survive, but as an opportunity to become.

About Rena

Rena Kalogianni (MBA, ICF-ACC) is a Business Consultant and Leadership Coach specializing in team empowerment and executive leadership. After a 15-year career driving Retail Marketing for corporate organizations like HP and Louis Vuitton across Greece, France, Italy, and Spain, she made a deliberate career shift to coaching. Presence Is Built, Not Born

Sonia Dimogli‑Stathi — Global Executive & Identity Strategist

In this keynote, Sonia invites participants to rethink the way they see themselves and the way they show up in the world. Drawing from three decades of global leadership across eight countries, she explores why so many professionals feel misaligned with their own potential, and what shifts when they begin to design their identity with intention.

Sonia opens a window into the inner mechanics of confidence, presence, and self‑perception. Through stories, lived experience, and subtle but powerful demonstrations, she challenges long‑held assumptions about who we are and who we can become.

Fearless Minds in Changing Times

Sandra Zafeirakopoulou — CEO, Make-A-Wish Hellas

In a world shaped by uncertainty, disruption and constant change, the greatest risk is not change itself — it is passive observation. Being informed should not lead to anxiety or resignation. It should inspire action.

The challenges of our time — technology, sustainability, talent, competitiveness, social cohesion — ask for leaders and citizens willing to think critically, act courageously and take responsibility for shaping the future. Fearless Minds is about turning awareness into action, ideas into initiatives, concerns into opportunities. Meaningful change begins when knowledge meets courage.

About Sandra

Sandra has coordinated the Make-A-Wish Greece team for 12+ years. She prefers to be called a “fairy facilitator” rather than CEO/General Manager. BA in Political Science (Athens University), MSc in European Social Policy (LSE), Diploma in Communications and PR (London Chamber of Industry and Commerce).

AI & ESG: The Twin Forces Reshaping Organizations

Curated by:

Maria Xytaki, Group Corporate Affairs, Communications and ESG Senior Manager, Saracakis Group of Companies

Two powerful forces are reshaping us and our organizations. AI is redefining how we work, decide, innovate and create value. ESG is redefining why we work, asking us to balance performance with responsibility, sustainability and human impact.

The real challenge is not whether businesses will adopt AI or embrace ESG, but how they will integrate both into a coherent vision of the future — building organizations that are technology-driven and human-centered at once.

About Maria

About Maria Maria is a senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in Corporate Affairs, ESG & Sustainability, Corporate Communications, Reputation Management, and Purpose-driven Transformation. She currently serves as Group Corporate Affairs, Communications & ESG Senior Manager at Saracakis Group of Companies, and she also oversees marketing and communications for Kinsen (Europcar and Goldcar) in Greece and Austria.

Fear Not Your Values

Pakis Papadimitriou — Chair, Corporate Sustainability Committee Amcham Greece

In an era of disruption, polarization, institutional distrust and the normalization of cynicism, leaders face a new challenge: how to stay anchored when everything around them appears negotiable.

Values are not relics of a more innocent past, nor corporate slogans framed on office walls. They are practical operating systems for decision-making under uncertainty — strategic assets that strengthen resilience, guide difficult decisions, build trust, and protect both organizations and individuals from the consequences of short-term thinking.

Aligned with the KYKLOS365 philosophy of Ideas — People — Action, this session opens an ongoing exploration of Principled Leadership across the year ahead.

About Pakis

Sustainability executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across highly regulated industries, including aviation, banking, and pharmaceuticals. Chair of the Corporate Sustainability Committee at the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Greece) and Board Member of the Corporate Affairs Professional Association (CAPA). An experienced transformation leader with extensive expertise in corporate strategy, sustainability, business transformation, corporate governance, corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement, ethics, and compliance.

The Future of Work & Human Skills

Stefanos Karagos — Founder & Senior
AI Consultant, CAIO Group

As AI, automation and digital transformation reshape the workplace, the question is no longer whether jobs will change, but how people can evolve alongside them. In a world where technology can perform more tasks than ever, uniquely human capabilities are becoming more valuable: creativity, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, adaptability, collaboration and lifelong learning.

This keynote explores how individuals, organizations and educational institutions can prepare for a future where human potential and technology work together rather than compete — challenging conventional assumptions about careers, leadership and employability.

From Inspiration to Action

Stathis Sahinis — Business Strategist, Lead Curator KYKLOS365

The world is changing faster than ever before. AI, economic disruption, geopolitical instability and shifting social expectations are redefining what leadership means. Leadership is no longer about having all the answers. It is about the courage to decide without certainty, to inspire trust during change, and to create clarity when others see confusion.

This keynote explores the mindset, values and behaviors of fearless leaders who embrace uncertainty as an opportunity rather than a threat — and how resilience, adaptability, emotional intelligence and purpose-driven action become powerful leadership tools in an increasingly complex world.
